Columbia Encounter
Columbia 300 carries on its legacy of producing the highest performing balls on the market. The new Encounter is another example of the quest started decades ago to give bowlers the best.
The chemical engineers at Columbia 300 have created a new process in which chemical reaction dynamics have been manipulated to exploit the elastic framework found in reactive materials. This breakthrough creates longer polymer chains that create deeper pores and allows for greater built in surface friction that helps absorb oil over a longer period of time. We call this new breakthrough Elastin 6.0.
The new asymmetric Encounter core is a dynamic new shape for Columbia 300 with a low RG that centers the mass properties, creating strong mid-lane ball motion. The medium differential along with a high mass bias rating help the Encounter change direction and keep going.

The 715C was designed to be a stronger version of the popular 505C. The designers set out to make a more aggressive product without compromising on the continuous/control factor at the breakpoint. We are
introducing an all "NEW" coverstock for this ball, the "UMP GEN 4C" with pearl essence, which boasts a greater surface texture. The pearl essence has no performance benefit; it is purely to enhance the look of the product. The "Catback" core is still a 0.015 intermediate differential, which gives this ball unbelievable striking power. The Black/Red/Gold combination will have great shelf appeal, at 2000 grit Abralon® sanded and beautifully polished with Powerhouse Factory Finish. Roto Grip Theory Infinite
By now you have probably experienced the tireless power of the original TheoryT. With the intense InsightT reactive coverstock and TrilipticT core, the Theory hit the market and immediately made a huge impact. And with the prior success of the CellT series and original NucleusT core shape, it was clear that the Theory had some big shoes to fill.
With the solid Insight cover, the Theory created a tremendous amount of hook in oil. In fact, it was borderline criminal! But some bowlers were looking for a smoother glide through the heads with a strong motion through the pocket, so here is where the new Infinite Theory comes into play.
Design
You might recall the new Triliptic core helps the ball get into a roll easier due to the additional contours and elongation of the ellipses within the shape of the weight block. The Infinite Theory's triple elliptical shape creates consistent axis migration and predictable ball motion, a must for consistency.
